Job Description
The Unilever Internship Early Programme provides hands-on experience in key business functions. Interns will engage in challenging projects, work alongside professionals, and learn about the company’s operations from a global perspective. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop their skills, gain industry experience, and build their professional network.

- Duration: 12 weeks
- Location: Various Unilever locations (UK-based)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live business projects that align with Unilever’s strategic goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, or supply chain solutions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for optimization
- Work with senior managers and professionals to understand industry trends and best practices
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your professional and personal development
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in a related field (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc.)
- Expected to graduate in 2025 or later
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Strong academic performance and leadership potential
- Passion for consumer goods and Unilever’s brands
Experience
- Prior internships, part-time jobs, or relevant university projects are advantageous
- Experience in leadership roles or active participation in student organizations is a plus
- Experience in data analysis, marketing strategies, or supply chain operations will be beneficial, but not required
