Job Roles:

  • Support UNESCO’s programs and initiatives in areas such as education, science, culture, communication, and information.
  • Assist in research, analysis, and reporting tasks to support project implementation and monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve UNESCO’s goals and objectives.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and events to learn from experts in the field and expand your knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to promote UNESCO’s mission and values.

Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in fields related to UNESCO’s mandate, including but not limited to Education, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Culture, Communication, or International Relations.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous internship experience or coursework related to UNESCO’s areas of work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated interest in global issues and commitment to UNESCO’s values of peace, justice, and human rights.

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
