Job Overview:
Twitch is seeking passionate and creative individuals to join our Summer Internship Program in London for 2024. As an intern at Twitch, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of live streaming and gaming, working alongside industry experts to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting projects. Job Roles:
- Collaborate with teams across various departments, including marketing, content creation, community management, and technical development.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events.
- Contribute to content creation initiatives, including live streams, videos, and social media content.
- Engage with the Twitch community and provide support through moderation and community management tasks.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to enhance the Twitch platform and user experience.
Education Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, media studies, computer science, or a related field.
- Must be able to provide proof of enrollment and eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the Twitch platform and online gaming communities is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or streaming software is advantageous.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
