Job Overview

Position Purpose
The Torbay Council Internship Program aims to offer participants the chance to develop practical skills, gain insight into the operations of local government, and contribute to the improvement of services within Torbay. Duties and Responsibilities
As an intern, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Education
- Applicants must be enrolled in or have recently graduated (within the last 2 years) from a recognized university, college, or higher education institution.
- A degree in public administration, social sciences, environmental studies, law, economics, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Experience
- No prior professional experience is necessary, though previous internships, volunteer work, or community involvement is advantageous.
