Job Description
The Tearfund Internship Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience working with a leading Christian international relief and development charity.
Responsibilities
- Assist program staff with research, data analysis, and report writing.
- Contribute to fundraising and communications efforts.
- Support project development and implementation.
- Help organize and participate in advocacy campaigns.
- Assist with social media content creation and engagement.
- Participate in field visits to Tearfund projects (depending on program and location).
- Other duties as assigned, aligned with your skills and interests.

Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in international development, theology, social work, communications, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to Christian faith and Tearfund’s values.
- Demonstrated interest in global poverty issues and social justice.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
