Responsibilities:

  • Assist various departments within the Council, including housing, environmental services, education, public health, and more.
  • Support project management tasks such as planning, organizing, and monitoring key initiatives.
  • Conduct research on local policy issues, data analysis, and contribute to reports for council meetings.
  • Engage with the community through public consultations, surveys, and outreach programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new Council strategies and programs.
  • Help draft internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media updates, and briefing papers.
  • Collaborate with teams across different departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, workshops, and team-building sessions.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, note-taking, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

Experience:
