Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and sales support.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Support the marketing and PR teams with event planning, social media content creation, and brand promotion.
- Work closely with the buying team to help research trends, analyze sales data, and assist with product selection.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of store displays, ensuring products are attractively presented.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and replenishing stock in coordination with the store management team.
- Participate in product launches, pop-up events, and in-store promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team in processing online orders, managing website content, and assisting with digital campaigns.
- Take part in training sessions and team meetings to learn about the brand, product offerings, and retail strategies.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate, ideally in business, fashion, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion, and consumer trends.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and a desire to learn about store operations.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including weekends, during the internship period.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising principles, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or fashion is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with luxury brands or in a department store environment is an advantage.
- Any involvement in fashion, marketing, or retail projects during university will be beneficial.
