Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing records in various college departments.
  • Provide support to academic staff in preparing for lectures, workshops, and events.
  • Engage with students and help with inquiries, providing general assistance and guidance.
  • Help organize and coordinate student activities, events, and extracurricular programs.
  • Support college marketing efforts by assisting with social media content, updating the website, and contributing to promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in projects across departments, offering ideas and solutions to improve services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in office spaces and learning areas.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet the department’s objectives and contribute to overall college operations.

Requirements:

  • Open to individuals aged 16-24, particularly those who are not in full-time employment, education, or training (NEET).
