Responsibilities
- Assist with program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support Red Cross initiatives.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports.
- Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts (possible).
- Participate in community outreach events (possible).
- Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program (all majors welcome).
- Strong commitment to the humanitarian mission of the Red Cross.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
Experience
- Previous internship or volunteer experience (preferred).
- Experience in research, program development, or grant writing (a plus).
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new things.
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (a plus).
