Job Description
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Internship is excited to announce its Summer Internship Program for 2024. This program offers university students the chance to gain practical experience within one of the UK’s key government departments. Interns will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects that support the MoJ’s mission to ensure justice is accessible, fair, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Assist in research and analysis related to legal policies and justice reforms.
- Support project teams in the development and implementation of initiatives.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior staff.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on ongoing projects.
- Help with data collection and analysis to inform policy decisions.
- Engage in outreach activities, including community engagement and public consultations.

Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Availability for full-time work during the summer internship period (typically June to September).

Experience

- Familiarity with legal concepts and issues related to the justice system is a plus.
