Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s degree program at a recognized university, or have graduated within the past 12 months.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and written skills
Skills (depending on the internship)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar)
- Data analysis and visualization tools (a plus)
- Programming skills (Python, R, etc.) (for some internships)
- Understanding of financial markets and products (for finance-focused internships)
Experience (a plus, but not required)
- Previous internship experience (in any field)
- Relevant coursework in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- Participation in case competitions or industry-related activities
