Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
- Limited work experience is preferred (less than 2 years). Strong academic performance and relevant coursework will be considered.
Skills Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required. Fluency in other IFAD official languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) is a plus.
- A passion for rural development and IFAD’s mission of empowering rural people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
