Job Description:
The Gleam Futures Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity for highly motivated students to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of marketing and communications. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals on real client projects, contributing to various aspects of campaign development, execution, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific internship placement and team, but could include:
- Assisting with influencer research and outreach
- Developing and creating social media content (text, graphics, videos)
- Supporting with campaign management and reporting
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops
- Participating in market research and competitor analysis
- Assisting with event planning and execution (may vary)
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in marketing, communications, or social media
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant social media platforms
- A creative and curious mind with a passion for storytelling
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and demonstrate initiative
