Job Description:
This program provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to real-world projects within various departments.
Responsibilities:
Depending on your chosen program, you’ll be assigned to one of the following focus areas:
- Brand Marketing: Assist with developing and executing marketing strategies for BAT’s portfolio of nicotine products, engaging with adult consumers, and learning about sales, distribution, and brand management. (Requires valid US driver’s license)
- Growth Management: Support cross-functional teams in providing analytical and decision-making support to strategic initiatives and marketing programs. Analyze data, contribute to project development, and gain exposure to various aspects of business operations.
- IT: Work on real-world IT projects, including data ingestion, system architecture mapping, advanced analytics, and brand website/marketing tool initiatives.

Requirements:
- Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to personal and professional development. (For Brand Marketing: Must be 21 years or older by the start of the program)
