Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations within your assigned department, such as healthcare delivery, research, or administration.
- Support the development and implementation of healthcare projects or initiatives.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to contribute to improving patient care and services.
- Participate in team meetings, offering insights and support on projects.
- Help with report writing, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff to support smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies, standards, and regulations in all tasks.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and patient outcomes in your department.
Qualification:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, or a recent graduate in fields such as Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Business, IT, or related disciplines.
- A strong academic record with a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) is preferred.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, patient care, or health management.
Experience:
- No prior work experience is required, but previous internships or volunteer work in healthcare settings will be an advantage.
- Experience in data analysis, project management, or healthcare support services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and public health issues is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
