You’ll work alongside BAFTA’s experts, contribute to exciting projects, and develop the skills needed to thrive in the fast-paced world of media.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various BAFTA departments, including Awards, Learning & New Talent, or Content Production (specific department will depend on program needs).
- Support with research, project management, and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the development and execution of BAFTA initiatives.
- Participate in event planning and logistics (where applicable).
- Gain exposure to BAFTA’s awards ceremonies and screenings.
- Network with industry professionals and build your professional network.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the film, television, and/or games industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in learning and exploring different areas of the media industry.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (a plus, but not mandatory).
Experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative or creative role (volunteer or paid).
- Experience with social media or content creation is a plus.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
