Job Description:
The Arma Partners Summer Internship Program offers ambitious and highly motivated students a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the exciting world of M&A and digital economy. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world transactions, contributing to various aspects of the deal process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on target companies and markets
- Prepare financial models and presentations
- Support due diligence tasks
- Assist with deal documentation and communication
- Attend client meetings and industry events (may vary)
- Contribute to internal research projects (may vary)

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (depending on the internship)
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in finance and investment banking
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)
- Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
